• •Using Vyn's branding, product names, design language, or user interface presentation in a way that creates a derivative product intended for commercial distribution.
• •Building a product or service that is substantially derived from Vyn's proprietary design decisions, workflows, or architectural patterns for the purpose of commercial exploitation.
